Aunt Rachel’s Caesar Salad.

Ingredients & Directions:

In a small blender, process 2 cloves garlic with 1 raw egg. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/2 cup olive oil. Process for 30seconds. Add 2-4 anchovy filets and process. Pour over assembled lettuce, croutons (if using) and grated Romano cheese. Toss.

***I added a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a little bit of Dijon mustard at the end and blended for a few seconds – but that is TOTALLY optional.***
