  • Fat free, plain Greek yogurt ( I like Fage)
  • Eggs

  • Jam or jelly (Pick your favorite flavors! I have raspberry and strawberry rhubarb at the moment)
  • Shredded cheese (I keep easy flavors to work with — cheddar, mozzarella or parmesan. No need to always have all three. Feel free to switch it up and go with what you like!)
  • Apples
  • Oranges
  • Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • Limes
  • Lemons
  • Bell Peppers
  • Onion
  • Whole Garlic
  • Shallot
